It's 2009! It's weird because the new year is ritualistically invigorating for me usually, but this year it just seems like any other day. I find that intriguing because I think it's the first time I've really been able to appreciate a new slate, yet I don't acknowledge it on a conscious level. I broke up with my long time boyfriend, and I'm living in a three bedroom apartment with four other people. I'm going to school and working. I guess you can say that I've become a profile, young adult living the starving college student life. Since I've focused on the actual event and embraced what it actually represents, my approach and experience has been different, meaningful.
If only I could leave my blog as is. But I'm still me. So I will eventually write a New Year's Resolution.
